This is a full-time position working from Vienna or remotely from Austria (within a commutable distance to our Vienna office) and attending our office in Vienna as and when required.

What you'll do:

  • You will identify, categorize and troubleshoot technical issues and if needed, you will escalate the more complex ones to your Team Lead or other internal departments.
  • You are trusted to communicate the progress of an issue resolution to the customer or within the team on time.
  • Moreover, you will identify recurring customer issues or requests and create entries for FAQ and Help Files.
  • On a day-to-day basis, you will work closely with other support members, Product, Technical or Customer Service teams to meet and exceed your personal and team KPIs.
  • Our clients will receive professional, error-free, easy-to-understand usage instructions and solution descriptions from you.

What you’ll need:

  • You have at least 1 year work experience in a similar support or helpdesk role, ideally having used Zendesk or a similar customer service ticketing tool.
  • You have basic scripting skills (e.g., Python, Shell Script or SQL) and JavaScript/HTML basic knowledge.
  • You have also worked with REST/JSON/XML APIs before, and you can understand log files.
  • Moreover, you have experience working with Linux.
  • Cloud technologies are familiar to you.
  • Your strength is to analyze & troubleshoot technical issues and deliver instructions to a non-technical audience.
  • You are good at reproducing and debugging customer-reported issues that span multiple technology stack layers.
  • You have outstanding communication skills in English, German would be a plus.
  • Being tech-savvy, you are eager to learn and discover new technologies.

The minimum salary denoted for legal reasons and according to the collective agreement (IT-KV) is €36.890. In any case, we offer competitive salaries depending on your qualifications and experience.
